[Muscle] CCID driver configure error

If I try to configure the ccid-0.9.2 driver on Mac OS X 10.3.6, I always get the error

checking for ifdhandler.h... no
configure: error: ifdhandler.h not found, install pcsc-lite 1.2.9-beta5 or later

but pcsc-lite 1.2.9-beta6 is installed. I tried to move ifdhandler.h to /usr/include/, but this did not help.

Any hints?
