When Outlook Express uses the IA CSP to talk to the VentaVia CKEY USB
dongle (a musclecard), upon receiving an encrypted and signed S/MIME v3
message, there is an error on verifying the "second pin"
(a) recvs message
(b) asks for pin - and verifies it
(c) decrypts message, and verifies signature
(d) presents plaintext, and cert chain trust report
(e) asks for another pin - pin verification always fails.
