An ordinary DELETE command is enough. But the card must support the
optional DELETE [KEY] command with tags D0 for the key index and D2 for
the key set version.

can be used in mutual authentication, so I have to take care that this
test key sets are identical to the actual key set. Apart from that they
use card memory and complicate the management of the key sets.
