I finally found a copy of ActivCard Gold for Linux (I got it through my Navy command), and it installed fine but won't read my CAC correctly. ActivCard Gold Card Explorer says "Card profile not supported. Please remove your smart card." I attempted to use bundleTool to load the bsiPlugin.bundle, but it didn't pick up the CAC. Here is the stdout from Card Explorer when I put the card in (sans "//"):
// CST:Card Status present in custon event...10000... before breaking... CST:Connect Success [readCardConfigFile:86][ERROR] : AC__XSI_UtilGetCardATR error: 23 [readCardConfigFile:87][ERROR] : handle = 0x80da8c0 CST: Reading configuration file failed New State is 0 in custom event...10006... In unknown state..... New State is 0 New State is 0 CST: Starting again .......................... CST: readerState.szReader AseIIIeUSB 00 00 // When I pull the card out again, this is the output: // CST: Card status empty CST: Starting again .......................... CST: readerState.szReader AseIIIeUSB 00 00 in custom event...10003... Closing open widgets... Before returning from closeOpenWidgets... gold is AllowViewCACDemo...1 pinfo state is 0 after setting... pinfo state is 0 Before returning before callin... New State is 0 after callin... // I'm most curious about "gold is AllowViewCACDemo..." Anyway, does anyone know if I have to install commonAccessCard.bundle (which I don't think came with ActivCard Gold for Linux)? Other hints appreciated...thanks! -Chris Gregg _______________________________________________ Muscle mailing list [email protected] http://lists.drizzle.com/mailman/listinfo/muscle
