[Muscle] muscle applet instances, in JCOP security domain associations

We have deployed the muscle applet in its own GP security domain on a JCOP 
31, and now need some counsel on appropriately configuring its instances to 
work with one *or more* instances of a single security domain.

On the JCOP 30  implementation of GP, can one - during install (for load) - 
can one associate a new instance of an applet supporting secure messaging 
with a new instance of a security domain applet?

Or can there only be one instance of a given applet per security domain?
Obviously, one can deploy two almost identical applets in the same security 
domain, by installing the same applet twice, one having a different 
executable load file AID. But, this takes too up too much code space!
