Reader B is not a USB reader. Ha ha! :-)

Can you:
- use two CCID USB readers
- send me the pcscd logs from the start of pcscd until the end
- perform the actions:
 . start pcscd
 . plug reader A
 . plug reader B
 . unplug reader A or B
 . insert a card in the remaining reader
 . replug the removed reader

Maybe we should continue using private mail since the logs file may be
big.
