We've fixed some of the bugs in the previous version as well as added a few features
including the following:

- Supports hotplugging of readers
- Import tool for PKCS#12
- Works with OpenSC's PKCS#11 module
- opensc slots must be 1, and P11BaseModule (in registry) must point to OpenSC's P11 module
