No luck searching the archives, but I asked Axalto (who sell the Reflex readers) about this, and found that the the firmware is available at:

Firmware V5.18 is required. The firmware flashing utility is available at:

I'll give this a go and try converting one of my Reflex USB v.2 readers into a CCID reader.
