MAX_BUFFER_SIZE is defined in pcsclite.h with 264 and mscdefines.h with 265. I cannot understand both values. The maximal APDU response size size can be 256 (without extended size) + 2 bytes status. The maximal send data size can be 255.
What are this values? In the functions in MCardPlugin I have the impression that it is wrong.
