Hi,

We put a digital ID creator on the website for those who do not have a CA or certificate.
It generates a self-signed certificate for digital signing / key encipherment so you can use
ID Ally (Outlook, Adobe, Office, etc) without any PKI infrastructure.

It can be downloaded at: http://www.identityalliance.com/idally.html

We tested this with ID Ally using Outlook as well as with the Adobe Acrobat DRM.

Hope this is useful. Our next beta will include the certificate enrollment / generation as part of ID Ally.

Note: You will have to add your certificate to the Windows trusted root authorities in order to begin using it.
You can do this by opening the mmc certificate services snap-in and adding the cert. You can export your cert
in ID Ally by double clicking it and saying "copy to file"

Thanks,
Dave
