Add another ATR line in that file.
I keep getting a notification (from the applet server) that someone is doing a profile load on a JCOP 21 and I just want to make sure
they can get this to work. This is documented (how to add an ATR) in the technical documentation on the website ....
In fact, if personalization does not work, it is likely due to a non-recognized card. You can tell if a card is recognized (once the Muscle applet is loaded), by seeing if the label shows up in the main ID Ally screen (alternatively, you can try MuscleTools (in Program Files\Identity Alliance\Middlware\Binaries)
