Luiz,
The best way to do this is by using PKCS#11. Both Muscle and OpenSC
have pkcs#11 modules.
If you want to try and map PKCS#15 onto the MuscleCard applet, I
suggest you write an OpenSC card module
for the MuscleCard Card Edge (this would be the easiest route)
