No, it was planned to separate libmusclecard and PCSC. But it seems that
there are some difficulties with this.
I think one of the reasons could be, that libmusclecard uses soem
library functionality of PC/SC Lite which has actually nothing to do
with PC/SC and it is not supported in Windows PC/SC. So there are header
files and source files whcioh are needed additional for windows and you
must always keep track that this files are in libmusclecard __and__
PC/SC Lite. So it is maybe more easy in this design to mix both up.
Ask Ludovic or David, they should know the right answer.
