I just uploaded the latest (and I think also the last) version of my
ifd-gempc driver [1]. This driver is to be used for Gemplus GemPC 410
(serial) and 430 (USB) readers families.
Changelog:

- use new pcscd log function with dynamic level
- also works with the latest libusb library
- use `pkg-config libpcsclite --variable=usbdropdir` to know where
to install the driver
