Does anyone know if the Microsoft ccid driver automatically performs a pps exchange, during an smartcard device enumeration?
It appears to do a poweron for each slot, and thus obtains the cold reset ATRs. Must the user application perform a PC/SC command to negotiate a higher baud rate? Are all ccid drivers the same? ...the application is responsible for PPS, not the driver?
