I cannot verify this behavior, but I know the following: cipherMode and
cipherDirection are not supported by the old MuscleCard applet. The
applet did not support key policies. The old MCardPlugin statically
fills this fields regardless of what the card actually can do. So this
should not happen. What versions are you using? Do you use use my
version in development, which I sent Murilo? This version works only
correctly with the new applet at the moment.

I am using the MCardPlugin that comes with muscleframework-1.1.5.tar.gz
and the Applet with comes with CFlexAccess32Loader.zip. I think it is
the same available to download alone, but will make a test. Maybe the
Applet was not updated inside CFlexAccess32Loader.zip.
