I had some problems with the header files of "pcsclite-1.2.9-beta8".
Compiling ccid-0.9.3 I got the following error:
ifdhandler.c: In function `IFDHGetCapabilities':
ifdhandler.c:247: `SCARD_ATTR_ATR_STRING' undeclared (first use in this
function)
Indeed, SCARD_ATTR_ATR_STRING is defined in "reader.h" and it's not
included in "ifdhandler.h".
I solved the problem simply including "reader.h" in "ifdhandler.h".
PS: only today I saw that the problem was already known, and it will be
solved with the new version of ccid-0.9.3-2
