[Muscle] Problems compiling libmuscard (karsten version)

Hi, I was having problems compiling karsten version of libmusclecard. Well, the problem was AC_MSG_ERROR was undefined, during autoconf execution. The cause is a missing include file:

acinclude.m4

which can be found in the svn version of the musclecard library. Then it works. Im posting this in case it helps someone else.
