I've looked at Matheus's options but can't find anything wrong.

As Karsten suggested, getting a log and making sure you are using the
latest GlobalPlatform.dll would be a good idea.  Please tell us the
exact version you are using.  Are you running GPShell on Windows or
Li/Unix?

I don't think we have ever tested with Orga cards.  Is this something
we can purchase?
