I'm not after a payment system but something that is analog to the wallet in my pocket. I find the combination of a mobile phone and a rather independent wireless chip facinating. The phone can store the bulk material (like receipts and photos) and the chip can take care of all secure transactions where money or privacy is involved. And a SMS-based payment is rather clumsy compared with a near-field communication chip.
