Hi,
simply I've made some errors with PSCARDCONTEXT type and *SCARDCONTEXT
and so I can't get the correct reference of Smart Card Context to release.
Now I've three pcscd instances at start of application that are relesed
when client exit, and one instance when I establish a context that is
correctly released whe I call SCardreleaseContext.
