[Muscle] USB disconnect vs PC/SC slot card removal event

Is there any conformance requirement in CCID that a a driver guarantee that, 
for each slot the CCID originally registered for a given reader, the USB 
disconnect of the reader causes card removal events to be communicated to 
listening PC/SC applications for each slot?
