I'm trying to use an Axalto Cyberflex e-gate 32K (which I believe is
supposed to be CCID compliant??) with pcsc-lite-1.2.9-beta9 and
ccid-0.9.4. I've added vendor/product/friendly ID's to the CCID
driver's Info.plist and made the device available through libusb,
but I get this (from 'pcscd -f') when I insert the device:
hotplug_libusb.c:404:HPAddHotPluggable() Adding USB device: /dev/usb:973.1/0
readerfactory.c:1097:RFInitializeReader() Attempting startup of Axalto

Is the e-gate really not CCID compliant? Or am I missing something?
I'll try Phil's e-gate IFD handler next, but I'd like to know if the
e-gate really isn't CCID compliant, or what else is wrong...
TIA,
~Iain
