I just corrected the README file in subversion revision 1877 [1].

Actually I noticed another problem with this - I explicitly requested
"--enable-libusb", but it didn't get enabled (it said "no" at the end
of "./configure", and the resulting pcscd didn't have it). I had to
remove "--enable-libusb" from my command line to get it to work. Must be
a little logic error in there...
