You said you used GPShell and so I guess you installed the CardEdge applet. The installation is successful??? > name the specific packages that are required to solve our problem. Please execute bundleTool to recognize you card. Or explain ___in___ detail what you are doing, so that it does not work. You haven't mentioned, that you executed bundleTool, so this step is missing. The ATR must be mentioned in the Info.plist. bundleTool does this for you. The next step before you can execute muscletest is to format the card with muscleTool.
