Have a look in the file config.log. I guess the problem is not finding
the file libusb.so but something else. But I don't know what.
If you don't find the error in config.log just send it here.

I have overcome the problem.what I do is:
1.download libsub sourcecode from http://libusb.sourceforge.net/
2.make libusb
3.make pcsc-lite
following the steps pcsc-lite's configure will not argue can't find
libusb.pc.I guess the mandriva rpm of libusb didn't packge well >_<,so
the problem happened to me.
