Mmmh, actually this files should be overwritten, expect you have changed
the prefix. Maybe I will find a way to detect old header files and
display a warning.

I would be interested in this warnings. Can you post them so I can fix
the error? Well, or I update also to gcc 3.4.5.
Those where related to the wrong header file also, not to gcc 3.4.5
The only 2 warnings i got are those:
