It's no PKCS#11 testing application. It is a Java application based on
the MuscleCardCryptoProvider. At the moment there are problems with a
ASN.1 tool I use. License problems, I must update it to another tool, to
release it. (It supports certificate extensions to be specified in XML
and the tool translates it back to ASN.1 DER encoding). I will contact
you, if done.

The applet does not contain any GlobalPlatform code, so it doesn't
support it. Some feature in the future, maybe.
