Very thanks you for this response. I am using our own reader hardware
and driver modified from PCSR given in windows samples and
applicationis mine.
Problem was, i was using ACR's smart card in my reader their CLS and
INS is specific one. Now i got the manual of that and i am getting
response for get state and read EEPROM.
thanks for your interest, i will let you know if i face and problem
done the expriment.
