These tools [1] are used to test a PC/SC driver, card or reader or
send commands in a friendly environment (text or graphical user
interface).
Not a revolutionary new version. Only pcsc_scan(1) has changed.

. use %g instead of %.3f to display the cycles/ETU value to have
31 instead of 31.000
