This is the scenario.
  At first, a card is inserted into a reader and the last I-Block command sent 
to the card is with SN=0. After sending that command, the card is removed from 
the reader. Then, the card is reinserted into the reader. Now, the question is 
what should be the SN for the first I-Block command that sent to the card? 
    
   Should it be SN=0 since it is a new process. (Start the SN with 0)  
   Should it be SN=1 since it need to continue the last I-Block SN that is sent 
to the card (SN=0)
  Q: Is that true that the SN will only reset to 0  if resyncronization occured 
between card and reader?
