I remember having been able to compile perl-pcsc using Active Perl and
use it to send APDUs to a card via a perl script in the
past. Unluckily time passed and I don't remember any further detail.

That is not what I need but thanks for your answer.
The idea here is to replace the PC/SC layer provided by Windows by pcsc-lite.
