Yes, you did :-)
Microsoft's PC/SC implementation provides the channel to communicate with the
musclecard applet on the smart card, but the libmusclecard pkcs11 plugin is
needed to generate the right APDUs, etc., and to interface with pkcs11
clients like web browsers and mail clients.
It's that libmusclecard that we need for Windows.
Of course, if we had an MSDN subscription, I guess we'd also have Visual
Studio and be able to build our own DLL from the VS project in the
libmusclecard sources. But we don't, hence the question :-)
