I am trying to startup a reader by sending a startup command from MCU to
reader. The reader did turn on in result of the command but the response from
reader in correspond from the command is invalid. It indicate Packet Type
error.
Does that mean the Startup command's Packet Type that i sent to reader is
invalid? Is so, why will the reader still turn on after i send the Startup
command?
And one more thing, after sending the startup command, the reader will keep
on sending response to MCU indicate Packet Type Error even though there is no
command being sent to reader. Is that normal or there is something wrong with
the reader.
I am using Athena ASEDrive IIIe Serial Smart card reader.
Please help.
