Yes, I agreed that B should be able to answer with an encrypted mail once he received a signed mail containing other's certificate/pub key. But I am using SeaMonkey Mail client, and I could see the sender's certificate which is shown in the "Other People's" tab (with usage as "Sign, Encrypt" ) of the "Manage Certificate" window of the SeaMonkey's preferences. And when I try to send a encrypted reply to the sender, I am not able to select the certificate for encryption as Seamonkey does not detect it as a certificate for encryption. I could see that sender's certificate is valid and trusted.
