Hi,

Could you explain how can it be verified that the inbound certificate from
the signed mail may not offer one the option of using the encryption
privilege of S/MIME?

In the "Certificate Manager" window of Seamonkey, I could see the sender's
certificate under the "Other peoples" Tab, there it was showing with the
purposes as "Client, Sign, Encrypt".

Are there any other settings of the inbound certificate from the signed mail
that I can verify.

Thanks,
-Harsh

of using the encryption privilege of S/MIME using the certified public key;
and, thus, seamonkey may correctly not allow its selection.
