Hi group.
I have two laptops with PCI smart card readers that I am trying to use
with GemPlus (classic non-programmable) card.
I am quite new to this topic. I am not sure which drivers or middleware
to use. Any pointers would be helpful.
These are the devices reported by lspci:
HP: 02 Micro, Inc. 0Z601/6912/711E0 CardBus/SmartCardBus Controller (rev 40)
Dell: Texas Instruments PCIxx12 GemCore based SmartCard controller
After googling the web and grepping through linux sources I cannot find
any mention of drivers for these devices. Certainly it's possible that
they don't exists (yet), and it is also possible that there is some
other way to talk to them from user space.
