JCOP includes GP refinements according to Visa GP 2.1.1 specification. This
tag is populated accordingly (Visa specific). The last number tells you
what configuration it is (3: SSD + PKI, 2: PKI, 1: just symmetric crypto).
Unfortunately this standard is not open. I hope this information is
sufficient. Otherwise you need to contact Visa.

sub objects I was able to find OID descriptions for 3. For one of them (tag
06), I recognize the prefix (Sun), but can't find the details for this
branch of the OID tree (e.g what version of Java Card for example). I was
unable to find ANY information on what the OID under tag 5 maps to - I
can't even find data for the prefix (1.3.656).
