Lars,
Recently on a project we were trying to get a Cardman 5321 working under
Linux and had similar problems that we traced down to the Omnikey driver.
Unfortunately we're using HID iClass cards so we also had to use the extended
APDUs, meaning we were locked into the Omnikey driver.
Omnikey support wasn't very helpful, they took days to respond and while they
claimed they got our code to work, they never showed us the output to prove it.
They gave us their setup that they claimed worked but we were unable to
reproduce it. I hope you have better luck than we did.
