- the PC/SC driver ? I hope so, someone else will confirm.
- the smartcard ? the UART of the NXP does allow extended APDU support,
but it actual support shall be checked from its spec.
- the applet ? it shall implement the javacardx.apdu.ExtendedLength
interface
(defined in JavaCard 2.2.1) to support extended APDU, then it shall of
course
manage large incoming buffer (using APDU.getOffsetCdata for instance).
