I have a GemSafe card and there is no error counter --> maybe no PIN2
or PUK was set, but unfortunatelly the PIN was forgotten.
it is available some script or tool that searches the possibilities
like Elcomsoft's Advanced password recovery tool for password
protected ZIP files?
if there is no error counter, it is still possible to have a PIN2 or
PUK and to reset the PIN with that?
