Memory cards are not processor cards. They do not follow ISO 7816-3 and use "proprietary" protocols. The reader is sending a fake or constructed ATR to you. If you search for "82 4B 10 84" (with the ") using Google you will find a thread [1] from this list. I have no idea how to use such a memory card. In general you have to send proprietary commands to the reader.
