Thread cancellation is used to stop the reader driver when pcscd
exits. And this is true only for my CCID driver when using an ICCD
device.

The short answer would be to just ignore SYS_ThreadCancel()
implementation and log an error message instead.

I have no idea of the kind of smart card reader present inside a
GPhone. Is it USB? Is it CCID compliant?
