Actually Italian CNS card driver which waits for inclusion (#177 on
OpenSC trac) implements secure messaging in a general way by adding
encryption methods to card driver hooks.
I'm in the process of putting it into my 0.12 branch this week, after
I've evaluated the sc_keycache thing and its relation to secure
messaging keys...
