What do you mean?
- I'm loading the applet to the card using gpshell
- then I'm setting the pin to all zeros using opensc-tool:
  opensc-tool -s 00:A4:04:00:06:A0:00:00:00:01:01 -s

B0:2A:00:00:38:08:4D:75:73:63:6C:65:30:30:04:01:08:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:08:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:05:02:08:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:08:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:30:00:00:17:70:00:02:01
- Then I'm formatting the card with pkcs15-init -E --create-pkcs15 --no-so-pin

Is that what you mean by formatting? Or am I missing something?

Thanks, Ralf
