Your (second slot) device is not CCID compliant.
I do not have such reader.
I do not have any motivation to add hacks on my CCID driver to support
your specific reader.

So adding support of the SAM slot is very very low on my priority list.
If you want to read a SIM format smart card you should use a reader
using this format like this one [1]
