Hi,

if I have a memory card with i2c interface, and pcsc-lite:
can I somehow write too it?

maybe there is some reader that supports i2c cards, with
a driver that does (or at least documentation enough to
implement such a driver)?

sure, ccid would be prefered, but I guess the ccid standard
doesn't cover memory cards with i2c interface.

AFAIK on windows some vendors have proprietory dll/lib/header
files, so you can write some software to use their pcsc-reader
with memory cards too. But of course that would be proprietory
and different for each vendor. And no idea if that would somehow
transport such extensions via the pc/sc interface on windows,
or use some backchannel.

so I'm primarly looking for advice for linux: a normal
card reader for use with pcsc-lite, but that can be used
for writing i2c memory cards too (via pcsc-lite, with
other mechanism, with whatever is available).

cross plattform advice is also very welcome - if ludovic
doesn't mind I hope :)

Thanks for your help.

Regards, Andreas
