I just released a new version of my CCID smart card reader driver [1].
The source code archive is available at [2].
Changes:
1.3.13 - 4 June 2010, Ludovic Rousseau
- much faster warm start (up to 3.8 second gained)
- Add support of SCARD_ATTR_VENDOR_IFD_SERIAL_NO to get the serial
number of the USB device
- some minor bugs removed
