*I* am very sorry because I was a bit too stressful!

There does not seem to be any bug, we got only an extra copy of your
out-of-office message, there is nothing wrong with that.

The way to avoid such cascade might be a very simple issue, ie don't send
autoreplies to a received autoreply, etc
