won't the LIBUSB_CFLAGS and LIBUSB_LIBS do that same ?

i'm using the latest pcsclite 1.6.2.  and --with-libusb also doesn't work as 
well as LIBUSB_CFLAGS LIBUSB_LIBS


can you explain more about pkg-config and .pc file. i found it in usb what do i 
do with it ?

But someone else may have a better idea.
